Wilmington Trust Bank now owns the Seaford Golf and Country Club property. The City of Seaford is studying purchase of the property with the intent of using the Clubhouse as a home for the Senior Citizens Center and the City operating the golf course as a public facility.

Many loyal members stuck by the SGCC until the very end and that support is greatly appreciated. Loss of the SGCC is a disappointment to all but we hope to, at least, see the golf course back in operation in the near future.

Wilmington Trust has retained Joe McCabe to oversee maintenance of the course until such time as a final disposition of the property can be determined.
